This is better-than-usual pro-Russian propaganda, but of course just repeats the same tired and totally discredited talking points the Kremlin has been churning out since 2014. It's sad to see these pathetic lies still being circulated in the hope of duping one or two ignorant witless Westerners but anyone with even fractional knowledge of reality and more than no active neurons in their prefrontal cortex will simply ignore this lame repetition of stale old lies.
