This is either an extremely confused article or pro-Russian trolling written while on some sort of narcotics trip that went wrong. The curious mixture of reality (we are indeed failing to give Ukraine what it needs) with fantasy (false flag massacres, Ukrainian nazis, etc.) is the intellectual equivalent of watching clothes tumbling around in a dryer, only in this case there's also an open tin of paint in there as well, covering everything with a most peculiar smear.
