This isn't very good satire, because all such inane conspiracy theories are both stupid and tedious. As a result, even when an author desires to parody such mindless babble, the results are simply boring. One must assume the intent of the author was to amuse, otherwise one must conclude that the author is - like most conspiracy addicts - mentally ill.
