Time is obviously something we don't understand very well at this period in history. To argue that it is a human construction, however, is inane. Time clearly runs in one direction (for reasons we don't understand) and for the same reason entropy is a one-way street. But retreating into mystical babble is no substitute for attempting to understand the apparently linear nature of time - and although Einstein did unify time along with space, that doesn't mean all four dimensions therefore are equivalent.
