To be fair to Andreesen, he can't be expected to "fix government." The USA is in the pre-tyranny phase in which populism combined with the cynical behavior of the GOP has entirely undermined not only government but civic society as a whole. There is no one and no organization that can "fix" the problem as there is no possible implementable solution that can arrest the headlong rush toward autocracy and eventual dictatorship. But don't worry - we'll still call it democracy, just like North Korea does.
