Trump will never go to jail. The USA has zero appetite for incarcerating a former president, no matter how criminal he may be. Furthermore, as Trump will almost certainly win re-election in 2024, he'll just pardon himself retroactively (even if he wins while under house arrest). Plus, the GoP will ensure that whatever it takes, Trump will go unpunished, because the GoP is Trump these days and Trump is the GoP. In short, the most infantile and stupid person ever to become president will, as always, go on to wreak even more damage tomorrow and will forever escape any kind of reckoning. That's the glory of the USA. Let the little people take the fall, forever.
