Ukraine's position is much worse than Russia's position, unfortunately. Ukraine relies entirely on supplies from NATO members and here the picture is grim. The neo-fascist US Republican Party is now blocking all further assistance to Ukraine and European NATO members have depleted their inventories because they were woefully under-stocked thanks to decades of foolishly thinking no one would ever need to fight any sort of war ever again.

Ukraine, therefore, is likely to run out of things to fire at the Russian invaders long, long, long before Russia runs out of capacity. Our endless spineless dithering of sending always far too little, far far too late, has ensured an eventual Russian victory. Putin merely need to hold on until the end of 2024 when the creature Trump will win the next US presidential election, which is now a near-certainty. After that, the mindless whining infantile moron will hand Ukraine to Putin on a tacky Trump-branded platter.
