Unfortunately fusion power is almost certainly not going to be feasible as a real source of power for perhaps another century. Those who are curious as to why this is the case - in contradiction to the hyperbolic pronouncements of those seeking ever-larger grants to continue to fund their never-quite-there prototypes - are welcome to consult the article I wrote a few weeks ago on the topic, which explains the difference between power briefly extracted from a few seconds of plasma versus the need for continuous power that exceeds the energy required to run the entire facility. Once the facts are known, it becomes apparent that we aren't even remotely close to total power breakeven over the scale of a few seconds, never mind a more realistic sustained output capability.
